The board of Airmid Place had their inaugural meeting April 1st, 2021 and voted on officers, incorporation articles, by-laws and conflict of interest policy and has officially applied to the State of Ohio to be recognized as a non-profit corporation!! Once we receive word back from the State of Ohio, we will apply for our 501(c)3 designation so we can start accepting tax-free donations from the public. As we grow, so do our needs, for habitats, medicines and rehabilitation supplies. The officers of Airmid place are:
